• Account data: email, optional display name, language preference.
• Trip history: origins and destinations you search or save.
• Location: only when you tap "Use my location" — never in the background.
• Device token: for push notifications about service alerts (you opt in).

We use your data to find transit routes, save your trips across devices, and notify you about disruptions on routes you care about. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

• Google Maps: processes your origin and destination to compute transit directions.
• Transit agencies (TTC, GO, MiWay, etc.): public real-time vehicle and alert feeds.
• Apple/Google push services: deliver service alerts to your device.

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. This permanently removes your saved trips, search history, profile, and device tokens. Contact us at privacy@arriveon.ca to request a copy of your data.

arriveON is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We'll update the "Last updated" date above when this policy changes. Material changes will be communicated in-app.
