PRESTO is the tap-to-pay card used on most Ontario transit systems. You'll need one for GO Transit, TTC, MiWay, Brampton Transit, and more.

How to load money

  1. 1Buy a card ($6 one-time fee).
  2. 2Load funds (minimum $10).
  3. 3Register online to protect your balance.

How to use it

Tap ON when boarding. Tap OFF when exiting GO trains — very important, or you'll be charged the full fare.
